To get to the available filters, click the blue “Search” button and you’ll see a list of criteria by which you can narrow your search, such as industry, skill level, and company size. From this vantage point, you can filter your results further to meet your qualifications.

I recommend that if you are a job seeker, you click on the Jobs tab daily to view LinkedIn’s recommendations.
