Never came! Must be a bad email address, even thru I got 75 emails to that same email address just this morning. This was after they said that they would expedite the request. Or the times you attempted a second or third time and they said they would have someone email you with Tech support that never came. They can tell you they will have someone contact you by email if you have a ticket # that they gave you two weeks ago and they never got back to you. You will talk to 10 people from a non English speaking country who can't connect you to a tech rep because they are not authorized to do that. Just try and get some kind of tech support if you have a problem registering the software after you purchase it. I just spent 30 minutes writing a review of how I felt about this piece of s- company and just as I was going to summit my review, something or somebody made it disappear.
